First of all – we are up and running
If you had some doubts or reservations about ordering your prosthetic – please do not worry, we work normally and accept orders as usual. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, we made sure that our staff is safe and all our processes proceed normally. We created separate spaces for each product artist to make sure there is no unnecessary contacts to reduce the risk of catching the virus. Our artists continue working on the products making sure you all receive your orders in high quality and promptly. All our other personnel including customer service are working remotely due to the mandatory quarantine. However, please do not worry – we will respond to your emails, social media messages and phone calls as soon as possible. We will also send you updates about your order shipping and any changes if they occur.
COVID-19 and our products – what you need to know
As you may know, our company produces handcrafted custom-made products and ships worldwide. Each item is crafted individually by a small team of experienced artists. To ensure that our customers receive the high-quality product they deserve, we take our production process very seriously and we are very careful every step of the way. Even before the COVID-19 outbreak, we worked carefully to make sure that all the products are safe to use. Due to the fact, that the product is used constantly in contact with a human body, we clean all of the items using medical sanitizer before sealing the product in the package. Each product is sealed in a vacuum bag, to avoid any contact with bacteria, viruses or any other potential threats. When the COVID-19 crisis began, we decided to implement even more safety measures to protect our clients from potential contact with the virus. We did our research and found out, that the virus in perfect temperature conditions may stay viable up to 72 hours on plastic and silicone surfaces. Therefore, to make sure our products are safe, we took extra measures and disinfect the products a couple more times before packing them to the vacuum bags. After packing the items, we sanitize the package itself just to be safe. We also make sure that all the materials are high-quality and are in secure containers, which guarantee that there is no contact with air, any bacteria or viruses. We also sanitize and clean all the tools and devices used in production. We clean them by using high – quality sanitizers and then we heat the tools to make sure all the bacteria are gone for good and the tools are safe to use.
We care about our clients and we do everything we can to guarantee that the packages reach our clients safely. Therefore, we use only trustworthy and time-tested shipping companies DHL and UPS for sending our packages. After the COVID-19 virus crisis began, we negotiated with our shipping companies the security measures as well as the delivery terms to make sure our clients receive safe packages on time. Since the virus may stay on the cardboard for up to 24 hours, we asked our couriers to handle the packages only wearing gloves and masks. The packages are processed with minimal human contact, so please do not worry- your package is safe. Up till now, we had no issues with deliveries of our packages to the clients, hopefully, it will continue this way until the COVID-19 crisis ends.
