Em primeiro lugar, você precisa ter certeza de que está posicionado corretamente, você precisa tentar encontrar a posição adequada e isso leva algum tempo.

Não dobre muito o eixo

Para cada pessoa é um pouco diferente. Em segundo lugar, ao fazer xixi, você precisa ter certeza de inclinar e posicionar a haste corretamente, sem pressioná-la demais. Em alguns casos, os clientes os pressionam com muita força, pressionando o funil e bloqueando o fluxo.

Mantenha o eixo apertado

Segure bem a haste, enquanto pressiona dois dedos, colocados na região do escroto, contra o corpo.

Ao fazer xixi, você precisa controlar o fluxo, o que significa que você precisará interrompê-lo de vez em quando para garantir que não haja transbordamento.

If changes are made to the normal delivery process (including redirecting or waiving the signature requirement) once your shipment is in transit. We use pseudonyms on our labels - you will receive emailed tracking updated from the carrier showing a company name other than Emisil.

IMPORTANT. We do not take any responsibility for the lost or stolen packages, no matter what is the tracking status of the parcel. If the package is lost, stolen or not delivered, it will be subject to the claims process of the shipping company. If you require additional services, such as additional insurance or signature of the recipient, then please inform us before your shipment is sent.

FAQs

Will you send the prosthesis immediately after I pay for it?

If you buy a prosthesis which is already produced, we will send it as soon as you pay for your order. In our store, we already have a range of produced prostheses which you can buy right away. You can find already produced prostheses in main menu. If you can't see this category, that means we do not have already made products at the moment.

If the prosthesis is produced according to your special order (you choose the color of your prosthesis and whether you want it with hair or without it, etc.), then the order will not be sent right away. As prostheses are individually designed, we start manufacturing them when a client places the order and we receive the payment for it. The production usually takes up to 5 days.

How long does the shipment take until the order reaches me?

It all depends on the place where you live. We do not take responsibility for the shipment time. Usually delivery takes about 1-2 business days.

Do I get the order tracking number?

Yes, you will be given your order tracking number.

Is there any info on the package about the content?

No. From outside, the parcel looks totally discreet. It‘s a simple Emisil white box, or original DHL yellow one, with 3M™ packing invoice enclosed with it.
