Step 1: Measure circumference under your armpits (smallest part).
Step 2: Measure the fullest part of your chest (usually nipple level).
Step 3: Add these two numbers and divide by 2.
Example: (34" + 36") ÷ 2 = 35". Compare this final number to the chart below. If between sizes, size up.
