Three tiers based on order volume and partnership history. All new partners start at Bronze. Tier upgrades follow consistent ordering and partnership growth.

Terms
- Minimum order: €1,000 per order
- Payment: Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or bank transfer
- Production lead time: Confirmed at order time based on model and stock availability
- Shipping: Standard Emisil shipping rates apply (UPS, DHL Express, LP Express, or Standard Post)
- Returns: 14-day return window from delivery; restocking fee may apply to partner-specific orders

- Place orders directly through the portal — tax handling, shipping, and invoicing happen at checkout, no manual paperwork
