Emisil 3rd Gen STP Packer (Cut / Circumcised) – Discreet Pack & Pee

I purchased this after seeing a review online. I am definitely pleased with the shape and size of the “cup” but I don’t really like the material. It is kinda hard and not real “life like feeling in my pants . I assumed by the way it looked the material was softer. Also a small spot appeared after wearing it once where it sat in my harness I had to put some silicon putty glue over the spot to prevent a tear. For as expensive as this is I would think the it would be more durable… That being said it is my choice for when I intend to have to STP.

I’m giving this product 5 stars because after almost 11 years of my transition, I ACTUALLY feel like my bottom dysphoria has diminished significantly. The natural bulge when wearing ANYTHING is nothing I could have achieved before. I also love how it can be adhered to my body so I don’t require any kind of harness (I work a very physical construction job and sweat a lot. The adhesive still keeps strong). I prefer my prosthetic to actually work when peeing, and in that department, this product is decent. I’m still getting used to this one compared to the last version I have used for many, many years. I’m sure it’s user error and time will only improve the experience. Overall, worth every penny!

9/10, I went for the lightest shade as I’m a pale Scot, the shade is still slightly dark for me sadly and it’s taken me a few attempts to get positioning right etc but now I’m using the right packing underwear for me I’m finding it a breeze. The floating balls are interesting, I like the gell but the balls within it feel a bit big and are round, it’s not a huge bother but definitely something that could be improved. I have had no issues with the direction of flow or size (in-fact I much prefer it) that some others have though I am only 5ft so that could be why. The skin texturing etc is fab. The balls could be a bit softer though as they can rub. I’ve used meany brands having been out for years and seen the evolution of prosthetics (also being privileged enough to afford them) and this is by far the best I’ve tried yet.

I had been searching for an STP and packer that would relieve some pressure to pass. I tried many different STPs w/little consistent success. I wanted a device where I didn't have to worry about it moving or wearing packing underwear that would essentially remove my prosthetic off my body, leading to dysphoria and feelings of inadequacy, spiraling into a worse mental state. I decided to invest in my mental health w/this prosthetic. I finally experienced euphoria for the first time in my transition! I finally found the freedom and glimpse of life that I've been working towards. I couldn't be happier w/this prosthetic! W/this prosthetic, I feel just about ready to introduce myself to the world again and live my genuinely authentic life. Processing and shipping was quick too. Received it in about a week from the order. But not sure if it's because it was a common color. Color matched pretty well. Overall, not an understatement to say this prosthetic has saved my mental health and my life!
