This is my 3rd STP. I've tried 2 other brands, Peecock and Freetom. Emisil is quite a bit more expensive but you really get what you pay for.
The other 2 had a kind of sticky silicone and had to be dusted with starch to stay matte, this one is a very good silicone that doesn't stick or attract hairs or dust or anything, it always looks natural and clean. It's easier to clean because it isn't sticky, I had to scrub my others with a brush but just soap and water is fine with this one.
This one looks far more realistic than the other 2 and is better for alleviating dysphoria, I was very impressed with it. I was a bit thrown off at first because it looks very soft to the touch but is rather hard, but at least visually it's very realistic. The head, shaft and balls all have their own textures and they're true to life. The colors are nice too, the head is more pink and the veins are blue and the balls are darker than the shaft. It's a bit more yellow than my skin tone but is pretty close, I couldn't decide between 2 of the colors but ended up going with 3 and it's a good enough match. In the future I'd like it if Emisil would provide skin tone samples before buying like some other brands do.
It's easier to pee with as well, the urethral opening is wide enough that you don't have to pinch the tip to get it to stay open and it drains easily. I still can't seem to consistently use it without spillage but I've had much better luck with it than the others and what spillage it has is minimal.
My only complaint so far is that the silicone is a bit stiff, I have to adjust it often to keep it from looking like I have a boner. My Freetom prosthetic was a 6 inch model and I could essentially tuck the shaft under the balls in my underwear to get it to stay down, but as this is a shorter model that's not really an option and it's a bit hard to conceal at times. I tried using the packing underwear Emisil sells with it and it was a waste of money, it created a very large bulge that wouldn't go away, I recommend just wearing this with a good harness and some boxer briefs to keep things discreet. Also, I haven't tried using this for penetrative sex yet but due to the sort of hard quality of the silicone I'm worried it would not be comfortable, you would probably have to use a condom over top to get rid of some of the roughness.
Minor gripes aside, I'm glad I bought this and when it comes time to buy a new one I plan on buying from Emisil again, I'm very pleased with this one and would like to try the newer models at some point as they seem to address some of my concerns with it.
