Adhesion Tab

Product Feature

The smooth part at the back of the prosthetic where adhesive is applied. To attach the prosthetic to your body, apply adhesive to the adhesion tab, press it to your body, and wait until it dries. This creates an ultra-realistic look by allowing you to wear the prosthetic without harnesses, straps, or underwear.

Adhesive

Accessory

If you decide to use adhesive instead of a harness or specially designed underwear, you must use medical-grade adhesive suitable for silicone products. We strongly recommend well-known adhesives such as Pros-Aide or TELESIS 8 SILICONE ADHESIVE. Each person's skin can react differently—if you experience a rash, burning, or other unpleasant sensations, remove the prosthetic and clean the adhesive immediately.

Adhesive Remover

Accessory

If you use adhesive, it's necessary to purchase adhesive remover as well. Due to its thick and sticky consistency, water alone isn't enough to remove adhesive. Apply the remover, wait a moment, wipe it off, then wash with water. Adhesive remover is designed for contact with human skin, so it's completely safe to use.

Binding

Practice

The process during which a person flattens their chest to achieve a more masculine physique. It's a very common practice for FTM transgender individuals to start binding their chest before deciding whether to proceed with surgery.

Binder

Product

A specific elastic or non-elastic bandage used to wrap around the torso and flatten the chest as much as possible. FTM individuals commonly use various items as binders—cloths, bandages, sports bras, compression shirts, and specially designed undergarments—to flatten the chest and reduce breast appearance.

F2M / FTM

Identity

Refers to people assigned female sex at birth based on their genitalia, but who identify as gender-neutral or male. These individuals often transition from female to male through hormone therapy, using packers, STPs, binders, double mastectomy, and/or sex reassignment surgery. While "FTM" remains popular, "transmasculine" is considered more respectful terminology.

Flaccid Packer

Emisil Product

Designed for daily use, these FTM prosthetics are highly recommended for those looking only for a packer. With a focus on ultra-realism and comfort, they're ideal for wearing in your pants all day, every day. All models feature a 360° scrotum with movable floating testicles. Each Emisil packer is nearly indistinguishable from a real penis.

Floating Testicles

Product Feature

All Emisil products have moveable, realistic-looking testicles. We designed floating testicles similar to real-life male testicles—silicone balls filled with special gel that allows them to float freely when squeezed, providing an extremely realistic feeling.

Funnel

Product Feature

A part of the stand-to-pee device that collects urine and directs the stream through the shaft of your penis prosthetic.

Gender Dysphoria

Identity

A condition causing distress and discomfort because a person has genitalia of a different gender than they identify with. For transgender individuals, it's the feeling that your genitalia is mismatched with your gender identity. Transmasculine individuals often feel they are missing a part of themselves due to not having a penis. While some choose surgery, many prefer wearing packers or STPs. Emisil is known to help with gender dysphoria because our products are ultra-realistic both visually and in feel.

Girth

Measurement

When choosing a prosthetic, it's important to consider not only length but also girth. Girth measures the circumference around the widest point of the shaft. This helps you know the exact width of each product.

H

Hair

Product Feature

At Emisil, you can get your prosthetic with hand-punched natural human hair. The hair is punched manually to create a more realistic look, hide the edges of a glued prosthesis, and avoid unwanted attention. It creates the appearance that hair grows naturally. Choose from 16 different colors for the perfect match.

Harness

Accessory

A specially designed undergarment to secure your prosthetic. There are many style options including briefs, boxer briefs, open back briefs, and button-fly briefs. If you're very active or prefer not to use adhesive, a harness is the best option. When choosing, don't go cheap—quality matters for functionality and comfort.

Passing

Identity

When talking about transgender individuals, "passing" means that a person looks visually and sounds like the gender they identify with. For a transgender person to pass as the gender they identify as is often considered very affirming.

Plastic Rod

Product Feature

Our erect products can be purchased with a plastic or silicone rod. With a plastic rod, you can bend the shaft down, release it, and it will stay in position. The rod is very light, causing no issues at airport metal detectors. May exhibit some noise when flexing due to friction of plastic ball joints.

Pleasure Pocket

Product Feature

An optional addition to erect prosthetics that provides a possibility to receive additional stimulation during intercourse or while wearing the prosthetic. The pleasure pocket is textured inside to create suction and stimulate the clitoris, creating extra pleasure for the wearer.

Scrotum

Product Feature

All Emisil penis prostheses have movable testicles. The scrotum contains silicone balls sunk in special gel, allowing them to float freely when squeezed for an extremely realistic feeling. When pressed, you can see color changes and differences between the layers.

Shaft

Measurement

The shaft is the part of the prosthetic starting at the tip of the penis and ending at the beginning of the scrotum. Usually, the insertable length equals the shaft length.

Silicone Rod

Product Feature

Usually integrated into erect series and also added to STP devices. With STP devices, the silicone rod can be removed and inserted when needed. Unlike the plastic rod, if you bend a silicone rod and release it, the shaft will return to its original position.

Skin Color

Product Feature

Selecting the correct color for your prosthetic can be tricky. We created reference points using real people's skin colors so you can compare with your own skin for maximum compatibility. The color range is made according to body colors of people from various nations. Keep in mind that colors shift in different places for ultra-realism, with added details like veins and freckles.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does FTM mean?

FTM stands for "female to male" and refers to people assigned female at birth who identify as male or gender-neutral. Many FTM individuals transition through hormone therapy, surgery, and/or using gender-affirming products like packers and binders. The term "transmasculine" is increasingly used as a more inclusive alternative.

What is the difference between a packer and an STP?

A packer is a prosthetic worn to create the appearance of a penis bulge in clothing. An STP (Stand To Pee) device includes a funnel and internal channel that also allows you to urinate while standing. Some products like the Emisil 2nd and 3rd Gen combine both functions — packing, peeing, and playing — in a single prosthetic.

What is gender dysphoria?

Gender dysphoria is the distress or discomfort a person feels when their body doesn't match their gender identity. For transmasculine individuals, bottom dysphoria — feeling distressed about not having a penis — is common. Wearing a realistic packer or STP is one way many trans men manage dysphoria without surgery.

What is passing and why does it matter?

Passing means being perceived by others as the gender you identify with. For many trans men, passing can improve safety and reduce anxiety in daily life. However, not all trans people aim to pass, and self-worth is not determined by passing. Products like packers, binders, and voice training can help those who want to pass more consistently.

How do I choose between adhesive and a harness?

Adhesive gives the most realistic look — the prosthetic moves naturally with your body and can be worn without underwear. However, it requires medical-grade adhesive and remover, and some people have skin sensitivities. A harness (packing underwear) is easier to use daily, requires no adhesive, and is better for active lifestyles. Many people use both depending on the situation.

What does "pack and play" mean?

Pack and play refers to prosthetics that serve dual purposes: packing (creating a realistic bulge) and playing (sexual use). These are typically erect or semi-erect models with a firm internal structure. Emisil's Erect series are designed specifically for this, offering both a realistic appearance and functionality during intimacy.
