Enhanced Testicles — Fuller, More Realistic
The ER06 builds on the popular ER02 design with enhanced, fuller testicles for a more substantial and realistic look and feel. Same play-optimized form, upgraded where it matters. Like all ER models, the ER06 features a permanently integrated silicone rod and always maintains a firm erect shape — always ready, no setup needed.
ER06 vs ER02
Same shape, same shaft angle — the ER06 adds larger, more prominent testicles for those who want that extra realism and weight. If standard testicles are fine, the ER02 is your match. If you want the fuller look, choose the ER06.
Rod Options
Default: permanently integrated silicone rod (recommended) — flexible, quiet, durable with natural spring-back. Optional: plastic rod add-on — firmer, adjustable positioning, for advanced users. Both are permanently built in during production and cannot be removed.
Daily Wear
The ER06 can be worn daily but is designed primarily for intimate play. The shaft is always firm. For comfortable soft packing, see our FL (Flaccid) Packers. For a versatile daily wear + play model, consider the ER01 or ER04.

⚠️ Usage Note
You may bend the shaft downward for discretion, but do not bend past the "3 o'clock" position to maintain the internal support rod's integrity.
Real Life Performance
The ER06 is designed for active multi-functional use. Packing is possible for short periods, providing a natural silhouette, but the large size is not ideal for all-day wear. Reserve for performance scenarios or short-term confidence.
